English – a ticket to possibilities – 16 August 2018

Peel College of Professional Studies conducted a free seminar “English – a ticket to possibilities”. An exclusive group of ladies attended this very interesting and interactive session. The guest speakers were Jessica Li and Deepa Mahanti, who are women entrepreneurs who are passionate about women and youth empowerment. The assemblage had a great time interacting with them and did not want the session to end. The session was very useful to people who did not have very good English communication skills – newcomers and old timers alike. The discussions were about developing self-confidence by enhancing your communication in English, and thereby opening the doors to several career options. Peel College runs Diploma and Certificate course in Early Childcare, Customer service, language, accounting, computers and project management among a host of other subjects. These allow you to enhance you skills to increase your employment and income potential.
